Contracts Manager

Due to continued growth we require a Contracts Manager to join our team. Working from our office in Romsey the successful candidate will  control a number of projects running concurrently.
Reporting to the Contracts Director, you will oversee the design and procurement stages and co-ordinate and manage the construction process through to, and beyond handover to our client.
You will be required to travel throughout England visiting sites, arranging the delivery of materials and the availability of operatives. You should hold a CSCS card and an SMSTS certificate, and have previous experience working within the façade sector of the construction industry.
